Seawall & dock help·Gulf Shores
Privacy and your details

Your privacy.
What the request form collects and why.

The form collects only what is needed to call you back about a seawall or bulkhead project.

What the form collects

The request form asks for a callback phone number and the community where the property sits. It also offers optional fields for your name, email, the concern, the project stage and a free-text description.

If you use the planner or calculator, you can choose to attach those answers to your request.

Do not type card numbers, bank details or account passwords. The form never needs them.

Who receives your request

Your request goes to a local marine contractor, who uses it to call you about the project. The site operator may also read it to answer questions and improve the pages.

For the full picture of how the site works, read the disclosure page.

No sale of data, no tracking cookies

The site operator does not sell your information. The site sets no tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept.

Your details are used to follow up on your request and are not used to build a profile of you.

How to ask for deletion

Use the contact page to ask the site operator to delete your request. Include the phone number or email you used, so the right record can be found.

The contractor who received your request may keep its own notes. Ask that business directly if you want those removed too.

Retention and the current form

Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.

Extra forms for tools and professionals

Some forms on this site have a few more optional boxes: an email, a property address, an organization name, a sale date, access notes and any project details you type in. You can also choose to attach your warning-sign answers or an elevation comparison to a request. What you attach is what you reported yourself. It is not an inspector’s finding.

A neighbor invite carries a random group code and the canal, lagoon or community name that you type. Anyone holding the link can ask to join, so keep names, phone numbers and street addresses out of that community box. Checking an invite never reveals who has joined or how to reach them. If the organizer’s request is deleted or expires, the invite stops working. Other requests are kept under the same retention rules described above.

Answers you give in the calculator and the questionnaires stay on your own device unless you choose to add a summary to a request you send. Demo forms in preview do not send or save anything. These tools add no ad tracking and no payment service.
